Aliphatic water reducing agents have two states: powder and liquid. HSB (High Strength Bing), also known as aliphatic high-efficiency water reducing agent, is a carbonyl acetaldehyde synthesized by polymer sulfonation. The hydrophobic main chain is an aliphatic hydrocarbon, hereinafter referred to as HSB. The main raw materials of this product include NaOH, concentrated sulfuric acid, acetone, formaldehyde, etc. It has a wide applicability to cement, significant reinforcement effect on concrete, low slump loss, and no sodium sulfate crystallization phenomenon at low temperatures. It is widely used to prepare various personalized water reducing agents such as pumping agents, retarders, early strength, antifreeze, and air entrainment. It can also be used in combination with naphthalene based water reducing agents, amino based water reducing agents, and polycarboxylate water reducing agents.
